Product features
The Grace280F doesn't just chase the fish, it also works to get them to bite.
It can be freely adjusted to produce a wide range of action, from a large sliding action that attracts fish to a minimal movement that makes the fish shake their head to bait. The action after a twitch or jerk has been adjusted to respond to the angle of the line. When the rod is held up, the lure's head faces the surface, and when held down, it dives down to a lower depth.
The joint design has been adjusted to handle all speeds, from dead sticking to ultra-high speeds, without any breakdowns. Rotation during flight is also suppressed, which is a major advantage in situations where a miscast is not an option.
When you reel it in, you feel a heavy resistance. It's not just a visual element, but also focuses on stirring up the water. The flat, voluminous body generates a powerful torque. Even the finely engraved scales on the body are carefully designed with water displacement in mind.
The Comet Tail has been specially designed for the 280 to achieve the ideal action. The shape that suppresses turbulence and the combination of a harder elastomer material create a more dynamic and sharper action.
The holes on the back and under the chin are compatible with eyelets up to 1.6mm thick and 10mm below the neck. This allows for various customizations such as tuning the back hook and bottom settings.
