I see, that's a good idea! I was able to empathize with the opinions, and I also incorporated the ideas that I had seen while fishing many times, and once again, I put them all on the list.
The price is higher than the Big Bait Shoulder, but we believe that the updates are worth it.
The size is not much different from the Big Bait Shoulder.
The Grace280 fits in perfectly, and if you remove the tail it can accommodate larger sizes.
Of course, it still has basic functions such as being able to place a box on top of the lid to change lures.
In addition to bass fishing and big bait fishing, it is suitable for a variety of fishing types such as sea bass, jigging, and light games.
In this way, it retains the basic functions of the Big Bait Shoulder.
And we've made some further improvements, which we'll introduce below.

The main function is the direct storage space for lures. The structure makes the clear vinyl unnecessary. Furthermore, by making the foam corrugated, it feels like you can hold the lure just by placing the tip of the lure.

The uneven surface makes it easier to pierce from below.
For example, you can insert a Steer Ride 6" pre-attached to a jig head like this, and store a 2oz class big bait in the space next to it.
There is also a storage space on the back. You can store leaders and tails here!
Of course you can remove it and wash the foam!
This foam will also be installed on the underside of the top cover. It will be useful for inserting hooks when changing rigs, and for placing sinkers on the uneven surface of the foam to prevent them from rolling around.
And the zipper, which is essential for opening and closing, has been changed to a smoother design, allowing it to be opened with one hand.
A storage space has been added to the outside of the top cover. This is very useful and can hold hook packages, tails, and even the larger smartphones that are available these days.
The width and adhesion of the hook-and-loop fastener on the side have been extended. This not only improves the holding power as a simple rod holder, but also securely holds fish grip holsters.
The design also leaves room for you to attach a pouch, a portable trash can, etc., or customize it to your liking.
If you plan to use it as a simple rod holder frequently, it is easier to use if you make the lower belt into a loop beforehand. Just peel it off, insert it, and fasten it.
The interior lining has been made brighter, making it easier to see what's inside. Easy to see even in dimly lit environments!
The base of the bag and belt is detachable with a buckle for convenience when running around with an action camera attached. This allows you to run around without removing the neck mount of the camera. The bag is easy to remove even when wearing thick clothes in winter.
The back cushion has been changed to a material with excellent grip and breathability. It is not slippery, does not get stuffy, and is lightweight. The back of the mesh cushion is made of waterproof fabric, so you can rest assured even in light rain.
The length of the shoulder pads has been extended by 5 cm, increasing the contact area and reducing fatigue.
